A hub for freelancing creatives & small businesses that need a focused workspace with a relaxed & friendly approach. We have six desks available in a small self-contained studio space, upstairs at Kentish Town Stores.
Available as an individual fixed desk space, or as one private office space, on a rolling monthly contract, access to the space can be as flexible as you like.
Each fixed desk is priced at £300 per month, or rent the whole office space to sit up to six people for £1,500 per month.

Head downstairs to Kentish Town Stores and indulge in speciality coffee from Allpress Espresso, delicious teas and a whole host of sweet and savoury morsels to keep those cogs turning.

The sound of silence!
The Studio is not a silent workspace. It is based in a working building and there is background music.
If you’re looking for a space based above an enticing coffee shop, where the staff want to know who you are and what you do, surrounded by like-minded members, where you can work for focused periods to suit you, then you are in the right place.
However, if you’re looking for a large anonymous space, or a place to bathe in silence, then this might not be the space for you.
We do have a calls policy that we ask all members to adhere to as outlined in the T&C’s.
