We pride ourselves on the use of environmentally friendly materials throughout our store and in our packaging. We hope that investing in the work of skilled craftspeople, artists and makers will mean that there is less mass-produced product going to landfill in the future.

Instore our coffee cups are made from sustainable forest paperboard with a natural PLA cornstarch lining and are certified 100% compostable. Our tables are topped with a natural lino made from linseeds. All of our suppliers and makers manufacture as close to home as is possible and themselves have a keen interest in making ethical environmental business decisions while embracing great quality design. 

For delivery of online orders, we do our best to package the product, so it reaches you in one piece. Very occasionally we have to use a product that is outside of our values outlined above. However, we endeavour to reuse all non-recyclable packaging that comes into us in an effort to further reduce single-use plastics.
